Candle Care

Please follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

Always burn your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, children, and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. The jar may become hot during use, so allow it to cool completely before handling.
Trim the wick to 0.5cm before each burn to keep the wax clean and ensure an even burn. If the flame becomes smoky, trim the wick slightly shorter and/or reduce burn time.
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar before extinguishing, or burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
As the candle burns lower, it may burn hotter. If the wax has not fully reached the edges after 4 hours, extinguish the flame — it will continue to even out over the next few burns.
Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
If the wicks shift, gently re-centre them once the candle has been extinguished and before the wax resets. Do not relight the candle if a wick is too close to the edge of the jar.
Keep your candle out of direct sunlight to help prevent natural wax discolouration. If slight yellowing occurs, the wax will usually return to normal after the next burn.
Repurpose your jar, or clean and refill it with your favourite scent.

Remove the plastic cap and place the reeds into the diffuser bottle to absorb the fragrance oil. Flip reeds immediately to begin diffusing the scent.
Flip reeds weekly to refresh and strengthen the fragrance.
Be careful not to spill oil on labels, lids, surfaces, or furnishings. Wipe any spills immediately with a damp cloth.
Use gloves when handling reeds if you have sensitive skin, as fragrance oils may cause irritation.
Keep diffuser away from heat, sparks, open flames, and direct sunlight. Highly flammable.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and furnishings. Do not ingest.
Place diffuser on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Refills are available to reuse your diffuser vessel again and again — no need to return the bottle, refill comes in a pouch with fresh reeds.

Shake gently before each use.
Spray 2–3 pumps into the air to instantly refresh your space.
Avoid spraying directly onto skin, pets, furniture, fabrics, timber, painted, or delicate surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first if unsure.
Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and direct sunlight. Highly flammable.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Do not ingest.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Ensure the screw top is securely tightened after each use.
Wipe any spills immediately with a damp cloth to avoid potential surface damage.
For best results, use in a well-ventilated area and avoid over-spraying in small spaces.
